3. Cookies-
Like any other interactive website, we also use cookies to retrieve your information for every visit made on the site. Cookies are used in some of the areas of the site to make it interactive and can be used with an ease by the client.
4. Notification of changes-
The company reserves the rights for updating and changing terms and conditions from time to time as per its requirements. All the copyrights and other relevant intellectual property is reserved under company policies. Company’s logo, services and products all are registered and no misuse of the company information would be entertained.
6. Cancellation-
A 30 day advanced notification is required for hosting plans, drive traffic plans, and internet marketing plans for termination due to automatic billing. No refunds will be issued if we are not notified in advance. To notify us of your intent to cancel your plan email us at sales@WebdesignAddicts.com
We hereby assume that you have read and clearly understood the above mentioned points. In case of occurrence of any problem or unexplainable event, the laws of the state or town will be strictly followed.
7. Refund-
A refund will only be issued prior to initial setup. Customer must contact us within 24 hours of purchase to cancel website design. No refunds will be issued for other services.
8. Website Designs
A 1-year hosting agreement is required for all WebdesignAddicts.com website designs. If hosting is not selected an additional $150.00 will be added to the design invoice. As apart of website design we include, complimentary 10 images from our image design inventory. Any custom images that need manipulation will be billed at our hourly rate of $150.00 per hour (not to exceed 10 images).
